Turning
We specialize in complete machining, roughing and finishing, of forged rings for space launchers, aircraft industry engines, gas and steam turbines, and thenuclear power industry.
We machine and prepare forgings in metal alloys and superalloys (titanium, Inconel, waspalloy etc) of medium and large sizes.

Milling
A wide range of horizontal and vertical CNC machining centers with multi-pallet capabilities enable LOMEC’s production units to manufacture a wide range of metal components (UHSS steel, high alloy steels, titanium etc.) and composites.

Continuous 5-AXIS Milling
Several 5-axis CNC turning-milling machines enable continuous machining of mechanical components with complex surfaces.

Robotic islands
For batches with high quantities, Lomec uses servo-driven work islands to optimize processing efficiencies. The loading and unloading of parts is automated using robots that allow the handling of parts weighing up to 150kg.
