Space Meetings Veneto 2026: three days of strategic connections for the future of aerospace

From May 11 to 13, Lomec Aerospace took part in Space Meetings Veneto 2026, one of the most important events for the aerospace and aeronautics industry, participating with its own stand within the exhibition area dedicated to the industrial supply chain.

It was three intense days marked by numerous meetings, technical discussions and new development opportunities, within an environment that brought together companies, investors, buyers, research centers, institutions and innovative organizations from different countries.

For Lomec Aerospace, participating in Space Meetings Veneto once again proved to be much more than a trade show presence. It was a valuable opportunity to strengthen existing relationships, establish new strategic connections and engage with the ongoing evolution of an increasingly dynamic and international industry.

Networking, industry dialogue and new Collaboration opportunities

The 2026 edition of Space Meetings Veneto stood out for its particularly high attendance and for the presence of high-profile Italian and international stakeholders.

One of the most significant aspects that emerged during the event was the growing interest in industrial partners capable of guaranteeing not only manufacturing quality, but also organizational reliability, process control and the ability to support customers throughout the entire supply chain cycle.

In an industry increasingly focused on advanced production standards and responsible supply chains, there was also strong attention toward industrial sustainability, energy efficiency and process transparency.

Today, these aspects represent concrete evaluation criteria when selecting manufacturing partners, especially within international aerospace supply chains.

Throughout the three-day event, the Lomec stand became a meeting point for clients, partners and new organizations interested in exploring future collaboration opportunities.

Direct interaction with international companies and industry professionals allowed the company to gain new insights, better understand emerging market needs and further strengthen its positioning within a highly specialized supply chain.

Looking toward the future of aerospace projects

Among the meetings that took place during the event, we would especially like to mention the one with the THRUST team, a university project developed within the University of Padua and focused on the development of hybrid-propulsion sounding rockets.

Lomec Aerospace has been supporting and following this initiative for some time, providing manufacturing expertise and mechanical components to actively contribute to the project’s development, while supporting research, innovation and the growth of new skills within the aerospace sector.

We will further explore our latest contribution to the THRUST project in a dedicated article that will be published in the coming weeks.

Looking Ahead with an Increasingly International Industrial Vision

Participation in Space Meetings Veneto 2026 once again confirms the importance of creating connections between companies, expertise and territories in order to address the future challenges of the aerospace industry.

For Lomec Aerospace, these moments represent not only business opportunities, but also valuable occasions to continue growing, engage with the international market and develop new high-value technological collaborations.

All of this while maintaining the same focus on quality, reliability and innovation that has always defined the company’s work.
